Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redeemable Online Only
   Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively through our website.

2. No Expiration Date
   Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
   Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law).

4. Limited Availability Notice
   Our ceramics are handmade in small batches, with new collections restocked approximately once a month. Designs change regularly and may sell out quickly. Availability of specific items is not guaranteed, and we are unable to reserve items in advance.

5. Partial Use & Balance
   If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, you must pay the difference. If your purchase is less than the value, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards
   We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash.

7. Purchase Limitations
   Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

8. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
